Tintswalo Lodges has expanded its portfolio of luxury lodges and boutique hotels – which are always located in iconic settings carefully chosen to foster a unique experience. The newest is Tintswalo at Boulders Boutique Villa in Simon’s Town in Cape Town.
Boulder Beach is famous for its resident colony of endangered African penguins. With direct access to the beach, Tintswalo at Boulders operates on a bed and breakfast basis and features nine double suites, as well as a children’s suite. Included in the experience are airport transfers, complimentary Wifi, full breakfast and afternoon canapes as well as a private chef on request to prepare other meals. A concierge service is also offered for to help you book restaurants, organize snorkelling safaris and guided sea kayaking excursions.
If you’re planning a special occasion, Tintswalo at Boulders can also be booked on an exclusive-use basis for families or a group of friends travelling together. You can either book a private villa of five suites and a children’s room, or reserve the entire villa (sleeping 18 adults and two children). A minimum stay of three nights applies to exclusive-use bookings.
Surrounded by fynbos, Tintswalo at Boulders boasts a unique north-facing, beachfront location and spectacular endless ocean views. Spacious living areas open onto a terrace with a sea view pool. The individually decorated suites have en-suite bathrooms and some feature a private balcony. S a nod to the area’s rich maritime history and the location, the rooms are named after famous ships such as the Mayflower and the Cutty Sark, and Jan van Riebeeck’s Drommedaris.
