Next, explore the property and gardens – take a ride (on horseback or bike) or run (the farm has scenic trails), or traverse the vineyards. As the day winds down, book a wine tasting and get to know the estate’s historical bottles (the snack menu is also excellent for starters), before heading into the Werf Restaurant for dinner. Food is prepared with the best sustainably farmed and produced ingredients – 90% of it from the farm – and showcases farm to fork dining at its most authentic.
